CANCELLATION POLICY: If a client needs to cancel, a cancellation notice must be given 72 hours prior to the tour to receive a full refund except in a private tour, group request, special contract tours and Dolphin tour which has a separate cancellation policy.
HOW TO MEET AT AIRPORT: When you get your luggage, proceed to the Customs Area. On exiting Customs, you will make your first right at exit. Once outside Arrivals, please look for your driver who will be waiting and holding sign with your name and/or our company Logo printed on sign.
